Chu's Kung Fu

This eclectic style combines Northern and Southern Shaolin Kung Fu technique features. The hand techniques of two southern masters, Choy and Lee, were combined with the kicking expertise of a Northern Shaolin Buddha or "fut." The explosive combination was then employed against the Shaolin temples' defilers. As a true combat art, Choy Lee Fut features many weapon forms, such as the staff or the broadsword.
